1. Service
We provide laundry and dry-cleaning pickup, processing and delivery within our published service area in Shimla.
2. Pricing & Estimates
Prices shown in the app are starting rates only. Final charges are confirmed after garment inspection based on fabric type, stains, size and special treatment requirements. You will see the final total in the app before delivery.
3. Payments
Payment is due on delivery unless prepaid. We accept Cash, UPI and Card as configured.
4. Coupons & Offers
Coupons are subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, service exclusions and first-order limits shown in the app. We may withdraw offers at any time.
5. Care & Liability
We take reasonable care of your garments. Pre-existing damage, colour bleeding, shrinkage from delicate fabrics, and items left in pockets are not our responsibility. Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to ten times (10x) the cleaning charge of the specific item, up to the actual value of the item.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a pickup at no cost before we collect your garments. Once processing has started the order cannot be cancelled.
7. Unclaimed Items
Items not collected within 60 days of the ready date may be disposed of.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated terms.
